Fulbright Fellowship Awardee

Fulbright is an opportunity to immerse yourself in another culture and expand your horizons personally and professionally. I was '19/'20 Spain ETA grantee, and my experience was so impactful that I now want to pursue a career in bilingual education. I didn't see myself as being accomplished enough for Fulbright, but the program really values personal statements in the application process. Charlotte, who comes from Mooreville, MS, is a senior at the University of Mississippi. She is a joint major in International Studies and Arabic completing a minor in Intelligence and Security Studies and is an active member of the Sally MacDonnell Barksdale Honors College.
