The Fulbright U.S. Student Program offers opportunities for recent graduates, graduate students,
and developing professionals and artists to conduct career-launching study and research abroad.
There are also opportunities to teach English in countries around the world. It is sponsored by the
U.S. Department of State

Fulbright is the largest US international exchange program and offers opportunities for students to
undertake international graduate study, advanced research, and English teaching worldwide.

Amount of Award:

Varies with the fellowship


Applicants must be US Citizens by October of the application year. Language proficiency varies by
country. See the country and grant type pages on Fulbright’s site to learn about host language
